It also happens to be right next door to Thessy’s best friend and sister-in-law, Sabo Skirt co-owner Yiota Kouzoukas.
Batsinilas, also known as Thessy K, has been documenting the building of the home, named Grece, on social media.
The elevated 600 sqâm block is in one of the suburb’s most prestigious streets, offering spectacular city views.
The modern, mediterranean style home was designed by Esat Design and built by Batspac.
Think sleek curves and dramatic archways, rustic timber, white render, travertine, and lots of natural light.
The living spaces are minimal and contemporary, and envelop a small courtyard paved in cobblestones, surrounding a central olive tree and framed by arches to create a textural aesthetic.
The outdoor entertaining space features layered, monolithic steps and serves as a kind of ‘social ampitheatre’.
Other features include a a green mosaic-tiled pool, a statement entrance tunnel, and a ‘wellness centre’ including a sauna and a cold plunge pool.
Expect to see plenty of photo shoots of Sabo Skirt clothing throughout the home, which will provide the perfect backdrop.
