Construction is expected to start in the first quarter next year with a completion date in the third quarter of 2026.
The project also has a builder locked in, thanks to the firm’s construction arm ‘Azure Build’ which has 1,000 homes under its belt in South East Queensland over the past decade.
Oakmont will see 61 homes created with four distinct terrace types available in the design, responding to the site’s sloping terrain.

All homes will have 2.5 bathrooms and most also two-car garages, with residents to have their own wellness pavilion with steam room, sauna, hot and cold magnesium plunges, a full gym, 20 metre lap pool and a lily pond.
There is no indication as yet as to pricing.
