The near-new home on 601 sqm was for sale by negotiation through Michael Clarke and George Petavrakis of Ray White Bulimba and is now under contract.
Records show the site last sold for $2.35 million in 2008.

In 2016, he bought renowned Gold Coast restaurant The Fish House.
