BRISBANE property developer Ronnie Tarabay has sold his stunning riverfront Bulimba pad for $3.6 million.

BRISBANE property developer Ronnie Tarabay has sold his stunning riverfront Bulimba pad for $3.6 million — $1.3 million more than he paid for it a decade ago.

The modern, black and white masterpiece has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with uninterrupted views of Brisbane’s CBD and Newstead.

The near-new home on 601 sqm was for sale by negotiation through Michael Clarke and George Petavrakis of Ray White Bulimba and is now under contract.

Records show the site last sold for $2.35 million in 2008.

The house spans three levels and comprises a core filled brick construction with suspended concrete floors.

Features include a media room, four-car garage, wine cellar and parents’ retreat.

Ronnie Tarabay, whose real name is Ronald Carabay, owns the property development business, Bekaa Group.

He has built several residential apartment buildings in Brisbane — the most recent being a 190-apartment tower in Newstead.

He has also worked as a consultant for pubs and clubs including Gerard’s Bistro, Laruche nightclub and the APO.

In 2016, he bought renowned Gold Coast restaurant The Fish House.
