St George Illawarra Dragons player Kyle Flanagan is selling his two-bedroom Woolooware apartment that currently has a $750-a-week tenant.

Flanagan was a $650,000 first homebuyer in 2018.

Married last weekend to Caity Airey, the couple recently bought their first home for $2.65 million in Burraneer.

The 1960s ground-floor apartment is listed through Gibson Partners, which is seeking mid-$700,000s.
