AREC: Top agents line-up revealed

Ten industry veterans and rising stars of real estate have been handpicked to front the biggest property event on the national calendar.

Regional areas lead home price gains

Ten Aussie agents including industry veterans and rising stars have been added to the roster of presenters at the 27th annual AREC property conference in May.

The two-day event is tipped to draw 5000 real estate agents from across the nation, with headliner former US Vice President Kamala Harris appearing live in her first speaking engagement in Australia.

She joins 32 speakers at the event, including Buying in Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky, entrepreneur Steven Bartlett, sports coach and mentor Tim Grover and Aussie swim sensations Emma McKeon and Ariarne Titmus.

AREC25 will open with a strong real estate focus that is designed to give practical and tactical take-aways for creating long term industry success.

Leading the charge will be Mauricio Umansky, one of the world’s most influential leaders in real estate and the founder and CEO of global real estate brokerage, The Agency.

Widely known for his role in Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, Umansky ranked #33 on Swanepoel’s 2025 Power200 list of top US real estate executives.

Founded by John McGrath, AREC25 will be in held on the Gold Coast from May 25 to 26.
