With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor, the celebrity duo’s Tudor-look property has renovated interiors.

Known for entertaining generations on the small screen, Denton and Byrne’s home is a great entertainer with formal and informal spaces, a billiard room, gourmet kitchen, sunroom and an outdoor built-in barbecue area.

According to RP Data, the presenter pair bought the 506sq m property for $1.845 million 16 years ago.

Listed with James Keenan of Ray White Double Bay, the property is set to go under the hammer on June 3 but the price guide is only available upon application.
