Lavish Port Lincoln mansion offering a life of luxury
Want for absolutely nothing in this breathtaking coastal mansion, which promises a luxe lifestyle. With an indoor pool, a tennis court, a sauna and a cellar, what more could you ask for?
A Port Lincoln mansion is offering prospective buyers enviable views of the beach and a life of luxury on a whopping property.
Phil Mollard and his business partner bought the home at 7 Jordan Court in 2007, renovated it throughout and have since enjoyed it as a holiday retreat.
“We bought it many years ago – it was run down and it was the number one mansion in Port Lincoln at the time but it had been let go over many years, and we bought it and fully restored it,” Mr Mollard says.

“We were looking for something really unique and it’s very hard to buy that unique property that has those commanding views, plus a big, private living space, stunning grounds with landscaped gardens and on land – we’re on 8010sqm of land and that’s just impossible to find these days.
“That was a big drawcard. To us it was a magnificent structure and was meant to replicate the old mansion of Dallas – the original owners got their inspiration from that.
“We had a look at the structure and it was incredible, and because it was such an amazing home, you could never duplicate it, so if we’re going to do it, let’s do it well and do it in a way that really makes a statement inside and out, and we spent a lot of money doing it, and we think it’s come up well and are incredibly proud of it.”
The home is set over three levels and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, numerous indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, and prized features including an indoor pool, a sauna, a tennis court and a cellar – all surrounded by landscaped gardens offering idyllic water views.
“I really wanted to create something special for Port Lincoln,” Mr Mollard says.
“It was a big achievement and I really loved doing it.
“It was designed by one of the most successful families in Port Lincoln to be an entertainer and a family home, and it has hosted some amazing functions over the years and it is quite well known for that in Port Lincoln.
“If you have any entertaining to do, this is the place to do it.
“This home is really all about genuine year-round luxury living.”
With Mr Mollard’s work in the eastern states taking up more of his time, he says the time has come for someone else to love it like they have.
“It would be perfect for a very successful family that want real space – it’s the sort of place you can get lost in – either that or it would be a fantastic property for a corporate entity to host executives.”
Harris Real Estate agents Karen Lombe and Rachel Hawkins are selling the property without a price tag.
