Actress and documentarian Le Le Wang-Burns puts Yarra Valley acreage up for sale
A former actress turned Kung Fu and meditation teacher has listed her acreage in Dixons Creek, which comes with its own meditation room and space to run your own business.
Former actor and documentary creator Le Le Wang-Burns and her husband David Burns are selling their Dixons Creek property with its own meditation room.
Wang-Burns played a role in the Australian drama ‘The Home Song Stories’ in 2007 and the short ‘My Sister’ in 2004.
She also ran the broadcasting and media production company Ostara Productions Australia/YDT Media Shanghai, creating documentaries about Chinese culture, especially martial arts, for an international audience, with offices in Shanghai and Melbourne.

Wang-Burns later founded the Qing Jing Kung Fu Academy teaching meditation, tai chi and qigong from their Dixons Creek home, which they’re now selling.
The couple have listed their four-bedroom acreage, which spans more than 11ha at 110 Wills Rd with $2.9m-$3.245m price hopes.
In the heart of the Yarra Valley, the property also offers a boutique vineyard with a variety of grapes, a self-contained barn, a pool as well as numerous bush trails and water features.
There’s even a meditation room with a projector in the main residence.
Wang-Burns said they had set up many places around property for meditation.
“There’s a lot of potential to do more,” she added.
Mr Burns, who worked in international education in China, said they were only selling their serene home to downsize to something smaller, but would endeavour to stay in the area.
“The birdlife is wonderful. We have wonderful native life. There’s an echidna that wanders around, we call him Dougie,” he said.
“Barely a day goes by when there’s not something truly amazing that happens.”
He added that it could be that a mob of kangaroos were hopping around when you drove onto the property, or a flock of ibis nested in the tree near the dam.
“It’s a very tranquil place,” he said.
Castran partner and listing agent Gerard Kennan said the residence was a combination of a peaceful retreat and a functioning boutique vineyard, centred around water features with elevated walkways.
“It’s got a really nice home ... it’s of good proportion and really tastefully renovated,” Mr Kennan said.
“It’s just a really nice property.”
Expressions of interest close on Thursday, February 27th at 3pm.
