The world’s most expensive rent, probably, will get you 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, a bowling alley, a 50-seat movie theatre, disco, 24-car garage, and vineyard that produces its own wine.
You wouldn’t know there’s any such things as a housing or cost of living crisis when looking at the rent wanted for this high, high, high end home.
It might be one of the world’s premier estates in one of the world’s premier locations but $US295,000 ($A433,260) per month is a hell of a lot of loot for anyone.
That’s more than 100 times the average monthly salary in Australia and works out to being $14,500 a day or $600 an hour.
But, believe it or not, that is the rent for this incredible Beverly Hills house that sits on around 25 acres and features 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, a bowling alley, a 50-seat movie theatre, disco, a 24-car garage, a vineyard that produces its own wine, views of downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean beyond and parking for more than 150 cars on its grounds.

It bought by real estate billionaire Jeff Greene and developer Mohamed Hadid, the father of super models Gigi and Bella Hadid was involved in renovation works.
However it appears Greene has been unable to offload the home, hence its for lease listing.
The home is being rented out via Million Dollar Listing: LA agent Josh Flagg.
“Palazzo di Amore is an unrivalled palatial estate offering the utmost security and prestige,” the listing reads.
“Enter through the gates and drive up the private driveway to the enchanted Mediterranean villa which is situated on approximately 25 lush acres.
