A MASSIVE Christmas in July prize is being offered by RE/MAX Bayside and RE/MAX Result to sellers listing their properties with the realtor.

$25,000 is up for grabs for sellers with Limitless Property (Queensland) Pty Ltd principal Hayley Van De Ven, owner of the multi-award-winning real estate offices, launching the RE/MAX Christmas in July competition.

“I’m very excited to let sellers know they still have an opportunity to be part of this fantastic campaign until 15th July this year,” Ms Van De Ven said.

“All of our sales teams are excited to think their client might take out the competition and prove to be the winner.

“What seller wouldn’t love to put up to $25,000 back in their pocket!”

Ms Van De Ven said she wanted to stimulate goodwill in the community.

“Things are very tight, and the market is suffering at the moment with people very price-conscious”, she said.

“We thought Christmas in July is a great marketing opportunity to have a bit of a laugh.

“The competition appeals to people who are genuinely selling, and the prize will go to those who need it most.

“The Brisbane market is streaming along, and I popped a comment into our team chat this morning about the fact we have record numbers for open for inspections and as agents, we need to be very sharp at our open homes.

“Despite the interest rate rises, some people genuinely want to buy.

“People need a place to live, and we live in a desirable part of the world.”

The total prize of up to $25,000 will be in the form of a sales commission.

To be in the running, sellers must list their property with RE/MAX Results and/or RE/MAX Bayside Properties by the 15th of July this year, with the winner having until August 30 2024 to redeem the sales commission price.

A single winner is set to be drawn at random on July 25 this year, with the form and terms and conditions available here.
