UK Instagram star Mrs Hinch makes millions with cleaning tips
She’s made millions just by giving housework tips on Instagram, earning up to $9000 for just one post. Here’s how this 30-year-old is cleaning up.
Instagram star Mrs Hinch has really cleaned up – making £1.5 million ($A2.7 million) in her first year of offering housework tips.
Mrs Hinch – real name Sophie Hinchclife – has filed accounts for the first time, and they show she pulled in £2.1 million ($A3.8 million) and is owed another £200,000 ($A363,000).
This is mostly from cleaning brands such as Flash and Febreze which pay her up to £5000 ($A9000) a post to plug their products.
The 30-year-old also has income from four books, including a memoir called This Is Me.
She owes creditors £764,000 ($A1.39 million), leaving her with profits of more than £1.5 million ($A2.7 million), her company accounts for the year to April this year reveal.
Her Mrs Hinch account was set up in 2018 and has amassed more than 3.8 million followers.
The Essex-based mother-of-one describes herself as “normal girl who loves to clean her house”.
She met her husband, Jamie, 42, when they worked together a sales recruitment company in London.
