The numbers for the massive $100m Powerball draw have been revealed, but there was no winner
Powerball has jackpotted to the second biggest prize ever next week – a massive $150m – after no entry won Thursday’s $100m prize.
Aussies will have the chance to snare the second-biggest jackpot the nation has ever seen with Powerball offering a phenomenal $150m in next week’s draw.
The groundbreaking jackpot comes after no player held a division one winning entry in Thursday night’s Powerball draw, prompting the game’s prize to roll higher for the fifth consecutive week.
The $150m Powerball prize is the biggest jackpot offered by any Australian lottery game since October 2022, when Powerball offered a record-breaking $160m jackpot.
Despite expectations that up to half of Australian adults would have an entry in this week’s draw, not a single entry won division one.
Fifteen entries across Australia each scored $132,040.20 for the second division prize.
The winning numbers for the January 18 Powerball draw 1444 were: 21 31 17 22 20 24 34 Powerball 6.
Thursday night’s jackpot was the equal fifth-biggest in Australian lottery history and the biggest jackpot offered by any Australian lottery game in almost six months.
