Three men have been taken to hospital after suffering head injuries at a Woolworths facility in Sydney.

Three men have been taken to hospital after a workplace accident at a Woolworths facility in Western Sydney.

The group of men are believe to have been injured by falling pallets at the Woolworths Distribution Centre on Sargents Rd in Minchinbury just before 3:30pm on Tuesday.

Aged in their 20s and 30s, the men suffered head injuries according to paramedics.

They were taken to Westmead Hospital by ambulance.

“Three team members from our Sydney Regional Distribution Centre have been transported to hospital following an incident this afternoon,” a spokesperson for Woolworth’s supply chain arm Primary Connect told 7News.

“We’re supporting the team members and their families.

“We’d like to thank the emergency services involved and we’re assisting the relevant authorities.”
