DISGRACED ex-Subway spokesman Jared Fogle will plead guilty to possession of child-porn charges, according to reports.

The US Attorney’s office is expected to announce Wednesday afternoon that Fogle has agreed to a plea deal, sources told Fox 59 in Indianapolis.

Fogle’s lawyer Ron Elberger had no comment but told Fox 59 that his suspension with Subway continues.

Fogle, 37, who became famous after slimming down on a diet of Subway sandwiches, was busted last month when feds raided his home in connection to a child pornography investigation.

The probe followed the arrest of Russell Taylor, former director of Fogle’s children’s foundation, who allegedly videotaped naked kids as young as 9 in his home bathrooms.
