ALDI Australia is selling new products aimed at beachgoers in its Special Buys range this week, which are remarkably cheaper than competitors’ prices.

The bargain supermarket is selling inflatable stand up paddle boards and surfboards this Saturday.

The paddleboard will go on sale for $299 and comes with:

*2 moulded side fins and 1 removable middle fin for directional stability

*Non-slip traction pad

Most other websites including Surf FX sell paddleboards for around $400-$500 and beyond.

The surfboard retails for $49.99 and is small, at 4’10.

As a comparison, a 4’6 Softboard from Surf Stitch website retails for around $249.95. Other websites have them retailing for hundreds of dollars more.

ALDI is also selling snorkel and flipper sets for $24.99 and a range of adults and kids’ swimwear including adult boardshorts for $8.99 and rashvests for $11.99.
