Footage has emerged of a violent clash between more than 20 tradies at a construction site, prompting a police investigation.

Police are investigating after a large brawl broke out at a construction site in Sydney’s northwest on Tuesday.

Video circulating online shows the chaotic moment a group of people in high-vis clothing and construction gear trade punches.

The minute-long video shows tradies attacking each other in the middle of the street before splitting into separate groups.

The video, posted to a community Facebook group, has been shared more than 1000 times.

Police said they responded to reports of a fight involving more than 20 people on Sexton Ave in Castle Hill about 7am.

“Officers have been informed that the brawl involved two apparent groups wearing high-vis clothing and construction attire,” NSW police said in a statement.

Most had left the scene by the time police arrived.

Police confirmed paramedics treated two men, aged 43 and 55, for minor injuries at the scene before transporting them to Westmead Hospital.

Police are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact Castle Hill Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
