A PERTH man has issued the ultimate smackdown to a racist tradie who drove by because he “looked like a Muslim”.

Omeed Medhi had the perfect response for a tradie who sent him an offensive text message.

A PERTH man has issued the ultimate smackdown to a racist tradie who drove by because he “looked like a Muslim”.

Omeed Mehdi took to Facebook in response to the offensive text messages he received from a concreter he’d found on Gumtree who’d failed to show up.

“He stood me up on a job site then said he drove past and saw that I looked like a Muslim so he drove to the pub instead,” Mr Mehdi wrote.

“Then asked if he could come back to the job ‘I’m willing to give you musis a go’. Good luck with your racist business mate!”

It doesn’t get much worse than this.

But his text message response put the tradie in his place.

“Thank you mate, it’s people like you who divide the nation. We live in a beautiful country and should embrace what’s around us including every human being,” the message said.

“There is too much hate in the world, we need more love. P.S. I am not even Muslim, but I got nothing but love for them.”

He called on his followers to ring up the business as Mohammad or Ali and ask for a quote.

Mr Mehdi told news.com.au he had found another tradie to complete the work.

“All my mates have been ringing him,” he said. “What goes around comes around.”
