Featuring nine new restaurants, as well as HOYTS LUX cinemas, it is set to become South Australia’s leading dining and entertainment destination.

Schnitz — After already becoming a crowd favourite within Australia’s other capital cities, Schnitz has opened its doors for the first time in Adelaide. At Schnitz, you can enjoy authentic pan cooked schnitzels and crispy hot chips with one of their delicious salads.
The Bavarian — The best of Bavaria has made its way to Adelaide with a brand new restaurant offering delicious, authentic food and German beers on tap. With non-stop sports entertainment broadcasting across screens all over the restaurant, it’s the perfect place to watch the game while you catch up with some friends or family.
TGI Friday’s — This beloved American institution just celebrated the opening of its second South Australian store. With a mix of classic American food like burgers, steaks and ribs, and Mexican favourites like tacos, fajitas and nachos, there is sure to be something for everyone.
Grill’d — Putting a spin on the classic burger joint, Grill’d offers a great range of burgers that are handcrafted from local ingredients, with wagyu, lamb, pork, and veggie options alongside crowd-favourites like beef and chicken.
Caffe Primo — The iconic brand first opened their doors right at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza 20 years ago and are now back with a transformed modern dining destination. The contemporary menu features new options like slow cooked pork belly and salmon fillet salad with classic favourites like pizzas, pastas and burgers.
Zitto — With great coffee, avocado toast, and smoothie bowls on show, Zitto is the perfect place for a morning bite to catch up with friends or family. If you’re after lunch, pop in a bit later and indulge in one of their juicy burgers or salads.
Bangkok Boulevard Thai - Take a step right into Thailand and tuck into some authentic noodles, curries, and stir fries in a restaurant that’s buzzing with the same energy and vibrance of Bangkok itself. It’s the perfect place to meet with friends for a quick meal - and accidentally end up staying until the early hours of the night.
Jarn Leva Vietnamese — If you’re looking for fresh and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Jarn Leva is for you. With a menu that arrays dishes that are hot and cold, and sweet and sour, you’ll find yourself reaching for the sizzling garlic prawns and char grilled pork buns again and again.
Tang Song — This hub of modern Chinese cuisine just steps away from the new HOYTS LUX cinema complex is the perfect place to indulge in the tastes of Asia. Deriving its namesake from the Tang Dynasty, Tang Song will offer delicious Yum Cha, a Dumpling Bar, and a private dining room for functions and gatherings.
The typical cinema experience has been redefined at South Australia’s first HOYTS LUX right at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza. The powered recliner seats in one of the 12 theatres provide ultimate comfort as you indulge in the dine-in menu designed by celebrity chef Manu Feildel.
The new dining and entertainment centre opened on Thursday 25 October. To celebrate, Westfield Tea Tree Plaza hosted four full-days of festivities across the centre including live music and entertainment for the entire family, food demonstrations, retailer discounts, free giveaways and more.
