Showcase, 8.30pm
Three & half stars
Can’t wait ‘til next week? New Game of Thrones is back on July 17, but to tide you over, and refresh the memory, this is a dummy’s guide to GoT, with insights from author George R. Behave Yourself
Seven, 7.30pm
Three stars
Give this one a go. A few Twitter users didn’t like the first ep, but any new format needs a few weeks to prove itself. And the Twitterverse isn’t exactly a positive place. Behave Yourself is a smart and funny game show where guests combine educated guesses with dumb luck to score points. Darren McMullen is a good fit as host, capably flanked by regular panellist Lawrence Mooney. Tonight they are joined by Arj Barker, Claire Hooper, Christie Whelan-Browne and the always affable (even when shirtless, as he often is) Kris Smith.
Future Fashion
Lifestyle You, 9.30pm
Two & half stars

Christina Dean, founder of a company called ReDress, wants to spread the word that eco-chic fashion isn’t all hessian sacks tied with a rope. To that end, she hosts a competition where zero waste design, upcycling and reconstruction win the day.
