Tina Fey’s Netflix Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt trailer released
TINA Fey is back with a new series and it will stream on Netflix in the US next month, but the trailer is here now.
WHEN it was announced that Tina Fey was teaming up with Netflix to produce a series a collective gasp of excitement could be heard from 30 Rock fans.
Now you can watch the trailer for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
Fey and fellow 30 Rock producer Robert Carlock have produced the series that stars Ellie Kemper from Bridesmaids in the lead role.
She plays a woman rescued from a doomsday cult and starts life over as a nanny for an Upper East Side New York socialite played by none other than Jane Krakowski aka Jenna Maroney (30 Rock).
The series will be released on Netflix in the US on March 6 with two seasons already ordered.
Netflix will launch in Australia in March, with what will initially be a smaller line-up, missing key shows like Orange is the New Black and Better Call Saul which Foxtel’s Presto and Fairfax/Nine owned Stan have the rights to respectively.
It is unknown whether Netflix Australia will have the rights to screen Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
