Foxtel hit series returns for a massive new season, with its experts panel challenged life never before.

Foxtel favourite Selling Houses Australia is set to return for a massive new season.

Real estate expert Andrew Winter, interior design expert Wendy Moore and landscape designer Dennis Scott are all back for Season 16 of the award-winning show.

The LifeStyle original series premieres on Wednesday evening on the platform and is also available to stream the LifeStyle App on Hubbl – the innovative new TV technology that merges all your favourite streaming apps in one.

This season the team have their work cut out for them. They have a decrepit Melbourne house left neglected for decades, a rundown timber cottage falling apart before their eyes, and a Sydney house they literally need to turn back to front.

On top of these mammoth makeovers, they have a beach shack, country church and even a bus that need their expertise.

However, the Selling Houses team are up for the challenge this season, flipping the most unsellable of properties into sought-after homes despite the unpredictable real estate market, interest rate increases and cost of living crisis.

“This season it felt like, for every home we turned up at, the home loan interest rates had gone up again, along with everything from building materials to trades and even filling up the car with fuel,” Winter said.

“Yet we must convince our homeowners to invest in change to get a sale. Not easy. As for results, this is the season for variety and surprises.”
