POLICE are investigating after it’s emerged someone secretly recorded video of Kim Kardashian shortly after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
The three-and-a-half-minute clip shows the reality star on a couch, wrapped in a blanket and speaking to someone on FaceTime while cops search for evidence in her luxury hotel suite, The Sun reports.
Kim seems to be unaware she is being filmed, which would make the recording illegal in France — where you’re not allowed to film someone in private without their consent.
Whoever was behind the camera could face a year in prison and a $AU66,000 fine.
Sources have told TMZ that Kim’s legal team is working with authorities to figure out who took the footage.
It was posted online earlier this week, but websites pulled it down after Kim’s lawyers warned them it was illegal.
It’s not known whose phone Kim is using in the video, as she reported the thieves stole hers, along with $AU14 million worth of jewellery.
