BACHELOR in Paradise fans have been left baffled by Megan Marx’s changing appearance in latest social media posts.

BACHELOR in Paradise fans have taken to social media to express their surprise over Megan Marx’s changing experience.

Marx, who previously revealed she had spent $47,000 on cosmetic work, has left her social media followers baffled over her recent Instagram photos and videos.

While the vast majority of comments were positive, many remarked that Marx looked worlds away from her appearance on Bachelor in Paradise.

“Just wondering what have you done to your face? It looks different I just can’t work out what it is.”

“Who is this a photo of?”

“Have you had something done to your face you look different in a nice way?”

“Beautiful ... but different.”

“She looks really different from when she was on the show.”

Marx has undergone a significant physical transformation which includes dyeing her hair blonde and getting a boob job at 18.

The reality TV star told NW magazine in April she has had more than $47,000 work of cosmetic procedures done.

Marx has altered her appearance with two nose jobs, lip and cheek fillers, Botox, hair extensions and tattooed eyebrows.
