Abbie Chatfield remembers dates with Bachelor ex Matt Agnew amid split
Radio host Abbie Chatfield appears to already be moving on after her split from boyfriend Konread Bien-Stephen.
Abbie Chatfield has offered a flirty comment to her Bachelor co-star in the wake of her split with boyfriend Konread Bien-Stephen.
The radio host, who was runner up in Matt Agnew’s 2019 version of the series, reached out to the astrophysicist in the comment section of a Tiktok he appeared in.
The clip was posted by MasterChef alum Khanh Ong and featured the pair on a “solo date” enjoying delicacies at the South Melbourne Market.
Chatfield agreed with Ong’s take that Agnew was great company on a day out.
“Single dates with Matt are the best,” she wrote.
The TV couple’s dates on the show gained attention at the time for their steamy nature, including an infamous beachside make-out session towards the end of the series.
“I just really want to have sex with you. I’m really horny!” she said to her then love interest during one episode.
However, the pair’s chemistry wasn’t enough to keep them together, with Agnew eventually choosing chemical engineer Chelsie McLeod before they split several months later.
Chatfield confirmed her split from Bien-Stephen on Monday after weeks of speculation.
In an Instagram post, she said they broke up “a couple of months ago” after 10 months together.
“I guess I wanted to confirm that yeah, Konrad and I have broken up. We’ve been broken up for a couple of months now,” she said.
“No one did anything bad or awful, there’s no drama to it.”
“It was not because we were in an open relationship. Nothing bad happened.
“I wasn’t being deceitful by not telling people, there was a reason why there was a delay in telling you all,” she explained of her silence up until now.”
Chatfield’s comments follow reports last month that Bien-Stephen hooked up with fellow Bachelor alum Megan Marx during filming for Channel 10’s new reality show The Challenge.
