Tara walks out of the competition leaving Matt heartbroken

A romantic kiss leads to another girl packing her bags and leaving Farmer Matt wondering where it all went wrong.

While every one knows what they’re signing up for on dating shows, jealousy always kicks in.

Unfortunately for Tara, she couldn’t stand to see Farmer Matt getting closer to another woman, and decided to leave the show for good.

It all went down when Alex made a strong connection with Matt during a waterfall date, sharing an intimate kiss together.

Matt takes Alex into a waterfall swimming hole and questions where her head is at.

Alex opens up to Matt, “I”m really happy with how we’re going, even though we haven’t had the one-on-one date, there’s still … something there, do you know what I mean?”

Matt agrees, adding, “We’ve progressed slowly but it’s been progressing. Trust is a big thing for me but I get a good vibe that I wouldn’t have to worry.”

Alex beams, “I’m glad, I’m glad you feel like that”.

After sharing a kiss, Alex can finally confirm that she likes Matt and wants a future with him. Matt is vocal about being able to see a future with her too.

Tara is clearly very upset about the new-found feelings Matt has for Alex, even mentioning that she would “rather go home now than be standing there at the end with your heart broken.”

It’s a clear indication of what is to come, but it is still a shock when Tara decides to exit the show.

During the farewell dinner, Tara tells Matt that she has been struggling over the last couple of weeks.

“I think I need to go home,” she tells him.

Matt says that his heart sank and, “hopes she’s making the right decision”.

He admits to being a “bit speechless to be honest … what really hurt the most was watching her drive away. That’s when I realised you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone.”
