Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart launch new cooking reality show

THIS may just be TV’s most unlikely couple. Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg have teamed up for an unlikely reality TV concept.

The strangest TV pairing ever?

IN what may be the oddest pairing to ever hit reality TV, celebrity chef Martha Stewart and rapper Snoop Dogg have teamed up to launch their own series, ‘Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party.’

In each episode, the unlikely duo will throw a dinner party for their celebrity friends, which Stewart describes as “rizzle dizzle for shizzle.” Seriously.

She’s described the reality show as a fresh spin on the current crop of cooking shows.

“At our dinner party, we will exemplify America’s fascination with food, entertaining and celebrity. Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party will redesign the traditional food competition shows in a new, different and very funny way.”

Snoop even revealed the pair have been friends for some time (who knew?) and says he’s thrilled to be working with “his homegirl.”

“My homegirl, Martha and I have a special bond that goes back. We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can’t wait for you to see how we roll together!”

This actually isn’t the first time Stewart and Snoop have teamed up on television — they were both on Comedy Central for the Justin Bieber ‘roast’ early last year. The pair got along so well, the rapper then appeared on Stewart’s talk show and they were guests together on US game show $100,000 Pyramid.

Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party won’t air until later this year, so in the meantime, here’s a throwback video of them making mashed potato together.
