‘Monster’: Married at First Sight viewers spot horrifying detail
Jack’s not been particularly popular with viewers of the show this year, but his latest antics have sealed the deal.
Married At First Sight Australia viewers have labelled contestant Jack Dunkley a “monster” over scenes aired in the latest episode – but not for the reason you might think.
Over the last few weeks, Jack has slowly become one of the most controversial contestants ever to appear on the show, and viewers have found it tough to warm to his controlling “alpha” attitude.
While Tori Adams has made it clear that she’s ready to go at it like bunnys with Jack, the gym-obsessed bloke has made it clear to viewers that he feels entirely the opposite. The only issue is he’s not told Tori that.
In the latest episode, the pair were tasked with having a makeout session for five minutes, however, sadly for Tori, Jack said he could only bring himself to be intimate with her for no more than two minutes.
Tori jumped at the chance, and the pair swiftly headed to the bedroom to awkwardly get it on. As they locked lips, fans were quick to spot a detail that left many branding Jack a “monster”. It turns out Jack had failed to take his dirty shoes off before getting into bed, and it proved to be the final straw for fans of the show.
“GET YA SHOES OFF THE BED JACK YOU UTTER MONSTER #mafs,” yelled one viewer on Twitter.
“THE SHOES ON THE BED??? THE SHOES ON THE FKN BED!!!” echoed a second fan watching the scene.
A third tweeted: “Shoes on in the bed. Fully clothed. Wearing jeans. Yep this is a real 50 Shades of Grey type scenario between Jack and Tori,” while a fourth added: “Shoes on the bed Jack? …. that’s an ICK”.
It’s another nail in the coffin for Jack, who’s been rubbing viewers the wrong way for weeks now.
“Jack is now at the very top of my all time most hated contestant on this ridiculous show,” ranted another viewer after watching him yet again fail to come clean and tell Tori how he truly feels, or doesn’t feel, about her.
Married at First Sight continues tomorrow at 7:30pm on Channel 9.
