MAFS stars Martha and Ines reunite for racy selfie

Two of Married At First Sight’s most controversial contestants have reunited for a bikini photo shoot, with Ines Basic looking unrecognisable.

Married At First Sight contestants Ines Basic and Martha Kalifatidis have reunited for a racy photo together.

Ines shared a selfie on Instagram of her and Martha on the set of a swimsuit photo shoot, captioning the shot: “She my homie got my rolé.”

The MAFS villain, who left the show on Sunday night after her affair with Sam Ball was revealed, looked noticeably different from her time on TV, sporting plumper lips.

Earlier this week she sparked speculation from fans that she may have enhanced her pout after sharing a lift selfie.

The photo of Ines and Martha together is just one of a handful of appearances for Ines since MAFS began airing.

The 27-year-old legal assistant had reportedly gone to ground and become a “recluse” after a barrage of backlash over her affair with Sam and treatment of “husband” Bronson Norrish.

Woman’s Day previously claimed Ines has cut herself off from friends, shunned most media interviews and lost 12 kilos since filming ended.

Speaking on Hit’s Stav, Abby & Matt this week, Martha claimed Ines was struggling to trust anyone and had been under a lot of stress.

“She doesn’t trust anyone at the moment, because she feels like she got a really bad edit with the show,” Martha said. “So she just doesn’t trust anyone or that her words are going to come out the way she’s saying them.”

But while Ines had received thousands of negative comments about her affair with Sam but was now recovering from the backlash.

“She’s feeling better, she’s such a resilient girl. You cannot get her down. She’s got such a good sense of humour,” Martha said.
