Former Married At First Sight star Olivia Frazer has started a brand new life on the other side of the world – and says she’ll only return to Australia to collect her puppy.

Frazer, who appeared on the 2022 season of the blockbuster Aussie reality dating show, recently embarked on a one-way trip to the UK and Europe, visiting England, Ireland and Paris before settling in Scotland.

“There’s a lot more work opportunities [overseas] and the people are more forgiving,” she told Yahoo Lifestyle this week of her decision to move.

“It’s easier to move on whereas in Australia people hold you to your edit forever.”

She also told the outlet that her only plan to return to Australia would be to collect her puppy, Stella, and bring her pet back with her to Scotland.

Frazer opened up further about her big move to her Instagram followers, telling them: “Australia is just not home.”

‘Scotland’s been my soul home for a long time now. It makes my heart so happy that people notice this,’ she wrote.

After her season finished, Frazer joined OnlyFans to cash in on her newfound fame – and defended herself against claims she was a “hypocrite”, having been accused of “slut shaming” her MAFS co-star Domenica Calarco for selling naked photos.

Olivia previously claimed she was “blindsided” by the way the drama was portrayed on the show.

“I mentioned [the nude image] to my producer who didn’t think it was a big deal either, and didn’t think I thought it was a big deal … and I was just really blindsided by production because they were putting words in my mouth and saying I did it out of revenge,” she said on Mamamia’s No Filter podcast.

“That ‘revenge’ word is such a massive trigger … like, they’ve got my face on the ad with the big red ‘revenge’ title above it … That’s a really serious accusation, and that’s not what happened.”

Ultimately, she left the experiment still dating her TV ‘husband’ Jackson Lonie, however the pair announced their split a few months after the finale aired in April last year.
