MAFS: Nasser boasts of ‘new wife’ as Gabrielle yearns for Mr Right

ILL-FATED Married At First Sight couple Nasser and Gabrielle are officially over — and they’re handling it in very different ways.

THE dream is officially over for Married At First Sight couple Nasser and Gabrielle, with one-half of the duo posting a lengthy Instagram post about continuing her search for love — while the other flaunts a “new wife.”

Personal trainer Nasser Sultan, 50, appeared to already let slip that there was no future for he and Gabrielle Bartlett, 44, before yesterday’s episode — posting an Instagram photo with an attractive blonde woman in his arms that he captioned “New wife... jokingly.”

The woman tagged in the photo, Leah Bennett, appears to be quite the Married At First Sight fan — also posing for a photo with fellow MAFS contestant Ryan Gallagher yesterday:

Fans of the show flooded Nasser’s Instagram post with comments, some chiding the reality TV contestant for seemingly giving away the ending to he and Bartlett’s story.

“Well that just gave it away that they don’t stay,” wrote one.

“Ummmm did publicity approve this photo & caption? I’m thinking no,” said another.

On her Instagram account, Bartlett shared an entirely more thoughtful message with those who’d followed her on the extreme dating show, saying she was “still looking” for love:

But what an honour to be in your lounge rooms over the last little while.

Your support and love has not gone unnoticed and I will be eternally grateful for each smile on the street, comment on social media, anyone who reached out to me ... life and the day2day is so busy your generous spirits who could have easily passed me by but you still reached out. If I haven’t replied to you yet bare with me — I’m coming back to you.

This experience has changed me forever and indeed for the better.

And to you, yes Mr you...the gorgeous, masculine, kind hearted man of my equal that I just haven’t met yet..I may not have found you yet but I’m sure one day we’ll walk into a friends BBQ with you doing your thing ... wheeling our esky for me while I carry our salad...I’m still looking for you so please keep searching to find me..
