MAFS finale: Viewers question detail after Cassandra explodes at Sara in huge row

Channel 9 viewers have been left baffled over one detail during one of MAFS’ most explosive rows ever on tonight’s finale.

Married At First Sight viewers were left with a major question during Monday night’s finale when two brides became embroiled in a massive row.

Sara and Tim were invited to have their moment on the sofa as they looked back on their experience over the season.

However, the camera kept cutting to Cassandra, who appeared less than convinced with Sara’s claim that she’d fallen for Tim.

“She just lies,” insisted Cassandra from across the room.

Sara immediately became enraged, and hit back: “That’s so f**king rude.”

However, Cassandra refused to back down, continuing her rant.

“Everything she says is a lie. She lies to make herself look better. There’s nothing honest about her. You’ve just been playing games.”

However Sara hit back, saying: “That’s f**king bullshit. Do you know my story? a single personal question about me?”

“Trust me, I’ve seen enough,” retorted Cassandra while flashing a smile. “She is just fake. Everything out of her mouth is fake. You just lie. Every time I talk to you you’re actually the nastiest person.”

Sara, seemingly take aback by Cassandra’s rampage, said: “I never talked to you, Cass. I actually never talked to you. Never have spoken a word to you. That’s bulls**t. It’s rude. I don’t know what your vendetta is or why you care so much about hating me.”

Viewers rushed to social media to share their opinions over the fight, with MAFS fans divided over Cassandra’s decision to lash out at Sara.

Some questioned whether editing had played a role, suggesting parts may have been cut out that would have explained Cassandra’s anger.

“I don’t get Cass on this. I’m someone who believes if people are truly remorseful they deserve a second chance. Maybe Cass doesn’t know how to forgive or she has a crush on Tim,” questioned one viewer on Team Sara.

“I’d love to know what exactly it is Sara has done to make Cass and Michael react that way, cause it’s clear something has happened. #MAFSAU,” pondered another.

“Wtf happened to make 0-200 with Cass! I feel ripped off they’re not showing us #MAFSAU,” quizzed a third.

Another asked: “Did I fall asleep and miss a whole chunk of storyline where Cass and Michael (and Ellie?!) all f**king hate Sara? This is like a Christopher Nolan film trying to piece together all the parts.:

However, others were firmly on Cassandra’s side, lauding the bride for finally calling Sara out on her behaviour throughout the season.

“The way Sara is speaking to Cass right now screams mean girl. The talking down, the tone of voice. Everything. She is awful,” insisted one fan.

While another laughed: “Cass calling Sara the worst with the biggest smile on her face is sending me!”
