Sorry, Married At First Sight fans, it looks like another couple might be biting the dust soon.

Melissa Lucarelli has confirmed rumours that she catches “husband” Dino Hira secretly recording her conversations on two occasions.

In a bombshell interview with Perth 96FM’s Paul & Lise, Melissa accused Dino of using the recordings to try and “gaslight” her in front of the cameras.

“He was secretly recording me, there’s just no excuse for that and it’s creepy AF,” Melissa said.

The 38-year-old described the discovery, which has been hinted at in previews, as an unsettling experience that left her “beside myself”.

“When we’re getting filmed for that, it’s not Big Brother, there’s not cameras there 24/7 recording us. When we’re getting filmed, we know we’re getting filmed,” Melissa said.

“Now he was secretly recording my conversation, the only way I found out about it was when I then caught him at another time trying to record a conversation between us where he was trying to kind of gaslight me into saying different things.

“That’s when I found out about (the recordings) … and he was sending it to people, so what else was he doing?”

According to Perth Now, Melissa dumped Dino after discovering the recordings while he was “reprimanded” by a senior producer and made to delete the recording.

The self-described spiritual guru had allegedly recorded Melissa in the bathroom phoning her sister and complaining Dino wasn’t her type.

Dino was also accused of recording a conversation between the two of them in which he asked Melissa how she felt about him, but denied this.

Recording someone without their knowledge in NSW where MAFS is filmed is a potential breach of the The Surveillance Devices Act 2007 NSW.

MAFS production Endemol Shine Australia confirmed action had been taken against Dino, with a spokesman telling news.com.au: “Dino was reprimanded at the time and the recording was deleted.”
