‘He’s so hot’: Ines and Sam confirm shock MAFS affair

In a surprise twist, two of Married At First Sight’s most controversial stars have confirmed their affair while trashing their partners on the show.

It’s confirmed — Married At First Sight’s Ines Basic and Sam Ball will have an affair on the show, trashing their partners in the process.

In a joint interview with NW magazine on Monday after weeks of speculation, the pair revealed they will ditch their partners in an upcoming episode after Ines private messaged Sam on Instagram.

“I wasn’t expecting it at all, I was lucky I had seen it, because it came through in the messages requests inbox. I was like, ‘Here we go, what’s the deal here?’ And obviously the curiosity level was heightened because I didn’t know her at the time, but there were so many unknowns about her and I had to find out,” Sam said.

Telling the magazine “physically, Ines is more my type,” Sam also trashed his “wife” Elizabeth Sobinofff, describing his brief time with the “ball and chain” as “hard work” and “hell”.

Meanwhile, Ines said she had felt unable to continue things with Bronson Norrish, arguing it was pointless when there was “no physical attraction or mental stimulation” — ouch.

But Ines couldn’t feel more differently about Sam, describing him as “so hot” and the two of them as better suited to each other.

“You definitely need the chemistry to make anything happen. their relationship was failing and so was mine … you do enter the experiment to find love, so that’s sort of the main purpose and vision behind it,” she said.

The couple had gone from bad to worse during their honeymoon

Despite their glowing interview it appears Ines and Sam’s affair on MAFS will be short-lived, with the tradie widely rumoured to have moved on with Akila Ahmunett.

Both of them had gotten off to bad starts in their “marriages” with Sam complaining Elizabeth was “bigger” than girls he normally dated.

The day after their wedding he ditched her to attended the funeral of his ex-girlfriend’s mother in New Zealand, with Sam not contacting Elizabeth for five days before returning at the first dinner party.

Ines and Bronson have gotten off to an even rockier start, with the legal assistant taking issue with her groom’s past profession as a stripper and even his eyebrow ring.

But things went from bad to worse on their honeymoon when Ines exploded at Bronson in an expletive-laden rant during a boat ride.

During the commitment ceremony, Bronson accused Ines of acting like a “c**t” on their honeymoon but opted to stay — prompting a furious reaction from his wife, who had wanted to quit.

Sam was also annoyed to learn Elizabeth wanted to stay another week after he had asked to leave the experiment.
