Former Married At First Sight Australia participant Olivia Frazer is mourning the death of two beloved family members in the span of days.

In a heartbreaking Instagram post, the 29-year-old reality TV star revealed she lost her

grandmother just a few short days after her great-uncle passed away.

“You couldn’t write this stuff. My beautiful Nanna, Jill, has followed her twin brother, Jack, to the other side within two days,” she wrote on Instagram Stories on Sunday.

Despite her double loss, Olivia said it gave her great comfort knowing her loved ones are together as they did everything side-by-side throughout their lives.

“The ‘twin thing’ was a reoccurrence throughout their whole lives, so it seems fitting here,” she added.

“My beautiful nanna was an extremely kind, intelligent, and gentle woman. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. She carried herself as gracefully as she could throughout her life and she had tremendous love for our family.”

Olivia Frazer shared the sad news about her grandmother and uncle on Instagram.

“It was a privilege being her granddaughter and our whole family is going to miss her so much.”

Olivia also posted a throwback photo of her Nanna Jill and Uncle Jack as toddlers, alongside the caption: “Our beautiful twins Jack & Jill. Nanna and Uncle Jack came into the world together and left peacefully together less than two days apart this week. Both so kind and gentle. And both are huge parts of my life. Twinning until the end.”

On Friday, after the passing of her Uncle Jack, Olivia revealed that she had developed a super-tight bond with him as she and her mother cared for him after his wife died in 2014.

When it was his time to go, Olivia revealed her mother was “holding his hand and kissing his forehead”.

Olivia paid tribute to her Uncle Jack on Instagram.

“He was the most pure and peaceful man I’ve ever known, and he will be missed every day,” she added.

Olivia is now en route home to Australia from the UK. She had announced she was relocating to Scotland just weeks ago after finding love with a local man she had been speaking to for one year. But their relationship took a turn when she moved across the seas only to discover he had a girlfriend.

Olivia suffered heartbreak recently after her move to Scotland did not go as planned.

The reality star had relocated for a man who turned out to have a girlfriend.

“The reason I’ve stayed in Scotland was to give it a go with a man that I’ve spent nearly every day this year speaking with and building something with,” she said in a tearful Instagram video posted just last week. “It just turned out to be something really messy and cruel.”

“I’ve felt really embarrassed but I don’t think I should be,” she concluded.

Olivia appeared in Season 9 of MAFS last year, when she was paired with groom Jackson Lonie. She was quite controversial and vocal on the series, sparking multiple blow-ups with fellow brides Domenica Calarco and Ella Ding.

Olivia and Jackson survived the season only to split after 10 months together.
