Extended look at MAFS reunion dinner party

A new trailer has dropped for the MAFS reunion party, and it’s revealed one major spoiler about what happens between Martha and Cyrell.

After enduring what feels like 1500 hours of vow renewal ceremonies, the Married At First Sight reunion dinner party will finally air on Sunday.

Judging by a new extended trailer there will be no shortage of drama, with new details revealed about the much-hyped “glassing” incident between Cyrell Paule and Martha Kalifatidis.

While definitely more of a drink-throwing incident than an actual glassing, the new footage reveals it is Martha, not Cyrell as previously speculated in media reports, who instigates the physical confrontation.

It’s not the first time the two women have been involved in conflict — during their time on MAFS Cyrell grabbed Martha by the scruff of her dressing robe when a heated argument turned physical.

Sitting next to Ines Basic at the dinner table, Martha announces she is “going to pour my drink on” Cyrell before getting up from her seat.

The 30-year-old is then seen walking around the table, red wine in hand, before the trailer cuts to yells and scenes of a furious Cyrell being restrained by male contestants Mike Gunner and Sam Ball.

Tellingly, Cyrell has red wine on her arm.

But the conflict doesn’t appear to be over between them just yet, with Cyrell appearing to tell off Martha — who has been open about her many plastic surgeries — in another brutal confrontation.

With wine smeared on one arm, Cyrell is held back by Sam and Mike.

“I’m just going to say it now; you’re as fake as your nose, lip and boob job,” Cyrell says.

“It’s a shame you couldn’t find a plastic surgeon that could fix your personality because that’s what’s the fakest the most, honey.”

The drama isn’t restricted to Martha and Cyrell either, with Ines also breaking down while confronting Sam over their short-lived affair.

After spending the night together earlier in the season, Sam reneged on their agreement to leave the experiment together and start a relationship.

The two have since engaged in a very public war of words on their affair, with Sam claiming it was staged by producers while Ines has said the pair engaged in a sex act.

Married At First Sight continues on Sunday at 7pm on Channel 9.
