Khloe Kardashian blasted over ‘tone deaf’ tweet
The Kardashian has come under fire for her response to a fan’s revelation she would have to work overtime to afford the reality star’s denim line.
Khloe Kardashian has been criticised for posting a "tone deaf” response to a fan that said they would have to do “extra shifts” in order to afford the reality star’s denim line.
Kardashian, who is co-founder of jeans brand Good American, has been slammed for calling the woman “cute” after she revealed she would have to do 20 extra hours at work to buy a pair of the label’s jeans.
Awwwwww this is so cute!!!! Iâm so happy you enjoy them

Kardashian’s response that she was “so happy you enjoy them” didn’t sit will with her followers, with some saying it showed how out of touch the multi-millionaire was with her fans.
not to sound like a hater but this actually upsets me!! someone had to work a stupid amount of hours to afford ONE pair of jeans. A millionaire thinks itâs âcuteâ that ppl have to calculate & think how many hours they have to work to afford little things.

Others advised @K_Abner_ not to buy the Good American jeans as the amount of hours she had to work coupled with Kardashian’s response meant it wasn’t worth it.
Full price Good America jeans aren’t cheap, starting at $148 a pair and costing up to $282.
Girl you better return those damn pants

Kardashian’s controversial tweet comes as she was slammed on Instagram for promoting controversial meal replacement shakes.
The 34-year-old advertised Flat Tummy Co products, a weight-loss brand that critics claim only provides short-term results by working as a laxative.
Several fans pointed out the example she was setting for her 11-month-old daughter True.
“This post is everything that is wrong with social media,” a fan commented.
“Unless you would feed this to your own daughter, stop pushing it on mine,” one person wrote, while another added: “You have a daughter, would you get her to drink this crap too? Shame on you for promoting this toxic bs.”
