I’m a Celebrity 2021: Viewers convinced Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico is an intruder

At the end of last night’s premiere, the hosts teased that another star would enter the show tonight. But fans already know who it is.

I'm a Celebrity: Australian rules legend enters the jungle

I’m a Celeb viewers are convinced they know which star is heading into the jungle in tonight’s episode.

Nine celebs were shown entering the Aussie bush in last night’s premiere, including Grant Denyer, Toni Pearen, Paulini and Jack Vidgen.

At the end of the episode Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris teased that another star would be entering the camp tonight.

“I think people see me as a bit of a character, easy to get along with,” the mystery celeb said in a teaser clip. “I love conversation, I love talking. I’m a lover, I’m not a fighter. If I fail, well, I fail, but I don’t fail.”

Despite the male star’s face being blurred, most people watching at home were adamant it was former AFL star Robert DiPierdomenico, aka Dipper.

Dipper fits with one of the clues released by Channel 10 a few weeks ago.

The network teased: “This Brownlow Medal winner may have what it takes to ace it on the footy field but will they make their mark on their new Aussie jungle home?”

Dipper won the Brownlow Medal in 1986, tying with Greg Williams. There is currently one other ex-AFL player on the show, Travis Varcoe, but he never won a Brownlow.

I’m a Celeb continues tonight on Channel 10 at 7.30pm
