She’s dubbed herself the “Queen of TMI” — and Ajay Rochester stunned her I’m A Celeb castmates with an intimate confession last night.

Controversial former Biggest Loser host Ajay Rochester hasn’t wasted any time stirring things up on this year’s season of I’m A Celeb, shocking her castmates with a revelation about her sex life in last night’s premiere.

The fifth season of Ten’s jungle-based reality show premiered last night, with a surprisingly low wattage cast list — bigger internationally recognised celebs absent, in favour of “stars” like newsreader Natasha Exelby, former MasterChef contestant Justine Schofield and model Justin Lacko.

It was during Lacko’s discussion about his own love life that Rochester, 49, entered the conversation and dropped a bombshell, revealing she hadn’t had sex in nine years.

“I reclaim my virginity. Have to after nine years,” she said with a laugh.

Justin Lacko couldn’t quite believe what he was hearing.

Before entering the jungle, the TV host and author proclaimed herself the “queen of TMI,” so expect more intimate confessions in the weeks ahead.

“I love the idea of people really seeing ‘me’. People have seen me scripted for years, people have written about me for years. But I want them to see my voice, who I am, unfiltered. Love me or hate me, I don’t care, but let it be based on me. Not something someone has written or said, but really me, what I am passionate about, what I love, who I am, so then if you hate me, no problem,” Rochester said in a pre-season Q&A.

Viewers would be forgiven for asking that question during last night’s I’m A Celeb premiere — it’s now been a decade since Rochester left the job for which she was best known, hosting Ten’s weight-loss competition The Biggest Loser.

Rochester hosted four series between 2006 and 2009, and has also written a number of weight-loss books.

In 2012, she went from host to contestant, winning the celebrity weight-loss program Excess Baggage.

In recent years, the mum-of-one has relocated to the US, but has kept her name in the local headlines with occasional outrageous paparazzi shoots.

She’s also stoked a long-simmering feud with her Biggest Loser colleague, fitness guru Michelle Bridges, announcing publicly in 2016 that her former co-star can “kiss my fat ass”.

Rochester slammed Bridges as “fat-phobic,” alleging that Bridges and fellow Biggest Loser trainer Shannan Ponton “made fat jibes and comments” about her when they worked together.
