Grant Denyer cries out for his daughters during a horrifying I’m a Celeb challenge
Grant Denyer is overcome with emotion during a terrifying I’m a Celeb challenge, sending him over the edge when his daughters are involved.
In what can only be described as absolutely horrifying, Grant Denyer faces his ultimate fears in Sunday’s episode of I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!
Thrown into a ‘viper pit’, the loveable television personality is forced to lay in a claustrophobic’s worst nightmare; deep in a dark pit with multiple viper snakes scuttling around him.
Denyer, 43, has to lay in the pit for ten minutes in order to receive 13 stars for camp, meaning they will have a fulfilling dinner to eat.

Much to his nature, the star is still able to whip out a few jokes throughout the terrifying ordeal.
“It licked me on the nose,” he said.
“Oh he gave you a little kiss!” exclaimed Julia Morris. “That means he likes you.”
“The feelings not mutual!” Grant quips.
At one point, Dr Chris Brown asks him “where’s your mind going right now?”
“Just picturing my beautiful girls …” he said.
“I love you girls, I love you girls, I love you girls,” he cried, clearly getting emotional.

“Grant Denyer, what have you got to say for yourself?” asked Julia. “Would you have thought that you could do that trial?”
“I don't want to go into a tight space anymore and be afraid of not being able to find the exit, or not being able to hide in a cupboard and not be able to play hide and seek with my kids.”
Well now you can do it with 70 snakes on you,” joked Julia.
“Yeah I can … Daddy’s coming home a little braver than when he left.”
I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! airs tonight from 7.30pm on Channel 10.
