Gogglebox stars Matty and Sarah Marie reveal huge personal news on Instagram

The reality TV stars have taken to Instagram with some major news for their followers, adding they were “so excited” to finally share the announcement.

Another Gogglebox baby is on the way!

Matty and Sarah Marie Fahd, who star on the popular Foxtel reality show with their friend Jad Nehmetallah, have announced they are expecting their second child.

The Sydney-based pair, who were married in 2018, revealed on Instagram they were set to welcome another baby in 2023, having had their son Malik in late 2019.

“Our family is growing! We’re so excited to welcome a new Fahd to the family in 2023,” Matty wrote alongside an adorable photo of the trio.

Malik, 3, could be seen holding up a sign that read, ‘Big brother’, while Sarah Marie cradled her baby bump as she stood alongside a beaming Matty.

“Malik has already started prepping to be a big brother, reciting endless lists of the things he will be playing with his new sibling & writing up the ‘Bulldogs for Dummies’ playbook,” Matty wrote.

The couple, who have been together for eight years, were referencing their British bulldog Bane, who features regularly on the popular program.

“Bane was asked to participate in this photo but instead chose to piss on the front porch,” Matty added.

“Play the circus music, warm up the cuddles & bring on 2023!”

Matty, Sarah and Jad have been starring on Gogglebox since the sixth season, which aired in 2017.

The trio are firm favourites among the cast, beloved by viewers for their banter and witty humour.

Gogglebox finished airing its milestone 16th season in October, with another season likely to return early in the new year.
