Tradie bitten by redback spider on penis later pranked by doctor

THE 21-year-old tradie who was bitten on the penis by a redback spider has revealed how his doctor had a bit of fun at his expense.

AS IF his day couldn’t get any worse.

The 21-year-old apprentice who was bitten on the penis by a redback spider two days ago has revealed that he was later pranked in hospital by his doctor.

The tradie, whose first name is Jordan, told Kyle and Jackie O on Kiis FM this morning that his doctor had a bit of fun when giving him medical advice.

“The doctor actually came in with a straight face to start off with and goes, ‘You can’t do any heavy activity, any sexual activity or anything for the next month’,” Jordan said to the radio duo.

“He just stared at me after it. Then a second later he just breaks out pissing himself laughing. Then he said, ‘Nah just leave it for today and you’ll be right’.”

Jordan was bitten in the sensitive area on a worksite in Sydney’s south when he was using a portaloo at roughly 8.30am.

“I was just sitting on the toilet and towards the end of me finishing I felt a really big sting,” he said.

But it didn’t take Jordan long to figure out what had happened.

“I seen the spider web going from one side to the other and just seen a redback crawling from the seat back down and instantly I knew. The moment I looked at it (his penis) it was a bit bigger.”

Jordan told Kyle and Jackie O that he “freaked out” and quickly called triple-0 with the operator finding the medical emergency a tad amusing.

“He had a little giggle to himself,” Jordan said.

“He just told me to try and cut the circulation off. After I called the ambulance I called my missus ... she ended up coming through and picking me up and taking me there (to hospital).”

Much to Jordan’s relief, there is no permanent damage to his downstairs area.

“It’s a lot better now,” he said.

“It’s just a little bit red. I’ve got a little red bump on it from where the actual bite was.”

Jordan’s girlfriend accompanied him to the radio interview and she hilariously interjected when Kyle asked the tradie if he’d show Jackie O his injured penis.

“I don’t want it getting hurt again,” she said protectively of her partner’s private parts.
