JUST hours before the new season of The Bachelor kicks off on Channel 10, Sam Wood has admitted that he once hooked up with an Aussie TV personality.

JUST hours before the new season of The Bachelor kicks off on Channel 10, Sam Wood has admitted that he once hooked up with an Aussie TV personality.

Chatting to Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa this morning, the 34-year-old was asked a series of hypothetical questions in a game called, “Sam would or Sam would not?”

“You’re about to go to dinner with the family but strangely you get a call from Tania Zaetta,” said Wippa.

“She wants to go ice skating. Sam would or Sam would not?”

A rose between two thorns?

With a straight face, the bachelor dismissed the question, saying, “Sam would not”.

But the radio hosts, who had clearly heard a rumour about the former Who Dares Wins co-host, continued to grill Wood on the topic.

“Have you had a relationship with Tania Zaetta before?” asked Wippa.

“No I definitely haven’t had a relationship,” replied the Channel 10 star.

“Are you doing a Blake Garvey and lying to us?” asked Wippa.

Realising the boys weren’t going to drop the subject, Wood confessed.

“I might have had a little bit of a pash once upon a time ... at a little bar in Melbourne,” he said to the delight of Fitzy and Wippa.

“You boys have really done your homework.”
