THE Bachelorette’s Sam Frost has admitted on her radio debut this morning that she peed her pants during a date with runner-up Michael Turnbull.

THE Bachelorette’s Sam Frost has already aired her dirty laundry in her debut of 2DayFM’s Rove and Sam show this morning.

The 26-year-old revealed she wet her pants during a date with runner-up Michael Turnbull, admitting she was afraid her confession would make people “think less” of her.

“I was whale watching with Michael and I was very tired — it was a very long day and we were filming for five hours,” Frost said.

“I drank water to take my sea sick tablets — I’m already regretting this — and I’m busting to do a wee.

“When I was about to land, I jumped off the boat onto the ground, the pressure made me, a little bit, wee in my pants.

“No, I actually wet my pants.”

Luckily, the 34-year-old soccer player was still on the boat filming a piece to camera and had no idea about the awkward incident.

“I didn’t tell anyone. Who sets ups these dates anyway? Apparently me,” she said.

“I’m very embarrassed — Michael didn’t find out.”

Rove and Sam have kickstarted their new program today, taking over from radio personalities Dan Debuf and Maz Compton. They are up against the big guns including Kyle and Jackie O in a bid to regain the prestigious top spot in the radio survey.

Frost ultimately chose 30-year-old Sasha Mielczarek from NSW on Ten’s premiere season of The Bachelorette. The pair are now in a relationship.

Mielczarek poked fun at Frost ahead of her radio debut on Instagram overnight, with this warning to McManus: “Huge good luck to this dag @fro01 for her 2day FM debut tomorrow morning.”

“With moves like this I’m sure she’ll be fine. @rovemcmanus just ensure she has a coffee before hand and remember keep at arms lengths ... her expressive arm movements can become quite the hazard!”
