Kyle Sandilands is worried he could die while sitting on the toilet
Kyle Sandilands has opened up about his poor health and has revealed why he’s genuinely concerned about “doing a number two”.
Kyle Sandilands is worried that he could die while sitting on the toilet.
The KIIS FM host has been undergoing a series of medical tests lately as a result of his high blood pressure.
And today he told his co-host Jackie O that he was shocked by some of the advice he was given by his doctor.
“The guy said, ‘no sex, no drugs, no running around, no gym work, no nothing,’” Kyle said. “He said sex and going for a number two on the toilet is when your blood pressure really elevates. A lot of people die on the shi**er, like Elvis.”

Kyle said that he’s now genuinely worried about doing “a number two”.
“Every time I’m doing a sh*t I’m thinking, is this going to be it?” he said. “I’m thinking of it every day. You’ve got to go to the bathroom but I’m paranoid about it.”
The radio star said it would be “the most humiliating thing ever” to die on the toilet, and he’s taken steps to ensure that if it does happen that it doesn’t get revealed publicly.
“I’ve already told Bruno (Kyle’s manager), ‘If I die on the toilet, you have to roll me off into the bathroom somewhere’,” he said on KIIS FM.
“Bruno is prepared to do pretty much anything I ask him to do. If I did die on the toilet, Bruno would find me a day later when I didn’t show up for work and then he would roll me off the toilet then he would have to wipe me up.
“Lucky he’s a dad,” Kyle joked. “He’d had to lift my little ankles and wipe me like a baby and then hope that no one knew.”
Kyle, who earlier this week opened up about his mental health struggles, said he was given new medication by his doctor and will now be monitored 24/7.
“I’m going to have to wear something and it goes straight to the professor’s mobile phone and he’s alerted if there’s anything weird with my body or blood pressure,” Kyle explained.
“He (doctor) said, ‘Don’t take that new medicine unless I ring you and tell you to take it.’ So I’ll be at home and if he rings out of the blue he’ll say, ‘Quick, go and take this tablet,’ that’ll probably save my life.”
The radio star admitted “things aren’t good health-wise” at the moment and that he will undergo more tests, including a colonoscopy and a CAT scan, next week.
