Jackie O’s surprising on-air sex confession

Jackie O’s been single for almost a year since splitting from her husband — and she made a surprising admission about her sex life today.

Jackie “O” Henderson made a surprising confession about her sex life — or lack thereof — on air this morning.

The radio star was talking with co-host Kyle Sandilands and guest Karl Stefanovic when her shock jock colleague veered the conversation towards her lack of a sex life.

“You know no one’s made love to Jackie for — how long’s it been? — since you and your husband split,” Sandilands announced on air.

“It’s been about a year. I haven’t even begun to see anyone. It’s hard, you know?” said Jackie.

Jackie, 44, shocked listeners of her hugely popular show on KIIS FM last year when she announced she had split from her husband, Lee, in October 2018.

“After 18 years together, we have made the decision to separate,” said the Kyle and Jackie O Show co-host. “We do so amicably, sharing many incredible memories and remaining best friends.

“Our focus for this next chapter is of course our wonderful daughter and continuing to provide her love and happiness, together.”

The pair were married in 2003 and share a seven-year-old daughter, Catalina (Kitty).

On-air this morning, Sandilands and Stefanovic attempted to workshop a solution to Jackie’s love drought — Stefanovic suggesting he ask former Today colleague Richard Wilkins to find an eligible bachelor among his pool of friends.

“It’d have to be on the down low, though. I don’t know … I don’t actually care, if I’m honest. I’m really happy with what I’m doing now,” said Jackie.

“What, nothing? Just diddling yourself and working 24/7?” quipped Sandilands.

Later on in the interview, talk turned to Stefanovic’s Nine program This Time Next Year, which features ordinary Aussies with extraordinary stories making a public pledge to change something in their lives — then checks in with them 12 months later to see how they’ve gone.

Jackie decided to get in on the action.

“This time next year, I will have had sex,” she declared.
