THE Office has defied expectation and become a standout success among Hollywood's failed remakes of UK classics.

Don't miss this episode because it features comedy heavyweights Steve Carell and Will Ferrell working perfectly in tandem as they go door-to-door to deliver Dundie nomination certificates to company exployees - some of whom are less than thrilled by this "honour".

The Dundies, apparently, are like the Golden Globes "except less mean".

Wait 'til you get to the presentation ceremony, then, where Deangelo Vickers (Ferrell) races to the men's room for a bark because he can't handle the anxiety of co-hosting the event with the boss he's soon to replace Michael Scott (Carell).

The night is already going pear-shaped when Erin (Ellie Kemper) accepts her "Cutest Redhead in the Office Award". Why wouldn't you use your acceptance speech to break the news you are dumping your partner by saying, "I'm not attracted to you ... I cringe when you talk". Comedy gold.
