NETWORK Ten has denied reports its popular series Offspring will not return for another season.
A spokeswomen for the network denied reports the drama, starring Asher Keddie would not be back on air next year, but did not confirm it would be coming back.
It was reported earlier today the series’ creator, Endomol’s head of drama, John Edwards, said the show would be axed, but a spokeswoman for the network told news.com.au “the story is wrong.
“He was asked if it was returning, and he said to the reporter “Never say never”,” she said.
Ten’s Chief Programming Officer Beverley McGarvey, said the network was “in discussions” with producers.
“We want Offspring to return in 2015,” she said in a statement to news.com.au.
