TV hosts diss Cara Delevingne after awkward interview
“SHE was in a mood!” That’s what a morning TV show host said right after abruptly ending an interview with Cara Delevingne.
“SHE was in a mood!”
That’s what one of the hosts of a morning TV show in the US said right after they abruptly ended their live interview with Cara Delevingne because they didn’t like her attitude.
The 22-year-old model was doing a live cross on Good Day Sacramento to promote her new movie, Paper Towns, but things didn’t exactly get off to a great start when they mistakenly called her Carla instead of Cara.
Less than two minutes into the chat, one of the hosts then had a go at the star for not being excited enough.
“I saw you in London talking a couple of weeks ago on TV and you seemed a lot more excited about it than you do right now,” said one of the male hosts.
“Are you just exhausted?”
“Maybe I had a bit more energy,” said Delevingne, “It’s the morning”.
Then the female host had a crack.
“You do seem a bit irritated. Perhaps it’s just us.”
Looking slightly taken aback, Delevingne said, “yeah, I think it’s just you”.
And with that, the hosts had had enough.
“We’ll let you go then, how about that?” said the female host, “Let you take a little nap, maybe get a red bull”.
After the awkward encounter, the panel discussed Delevingne’s attitude, with one saying, “She was in a mood”.
“You make $5 million for six weeks worth of work, you can pretend to talk to Good Day Sacramento with some oomph,” said one of the male hosts.
Perhaps in the future if the hosts want better answers, they should ask better questions.
