FORMER Labor leader Mark Latham has done it again, slamming Sunrise co-host David ‘Kochie’ Koch and guest Jeff Kennett’s economic credentials this morning.

Koch kept things G-rated- cleverly deciding not to bite back — but that did not stop Latham lashing out, just about one month after his first rant on the Channel 7 breakfast program.

“In Sydney we have former Labor leader Mark Latham, who does have an economics degree,” Koch introduced Latham during a segment on Australia’s worst roads.

Latham did not waste time, hitting back: “Yeah I’m here. You normally go to Jeff first, who actually studied economics for a couple of years and then dropped out” he said on air after a few seconds of awkward silence.

“He’s an economics flunkey, now if you want to put the qualifications out there.

“Now, Kochie, you had a go at accountancy didn’t you and didn’t get through it?”

Koch answers: “Let’s talk about roads!”

Earlier this month, Latham had his first jab at Koch and Kennett in an awkward on-air spat, which ended with him calling them “d**kheads.”

Kochie and Kennett laugh it off this time.

Latham said at the time: “Kochie, I’ve got something you haven’t got and I’ve got something Jeff Kennett will never have and that’s an economics degree.”

“So Kochie instead of you having a little love into the prime minister, how about putting some real fiscal questions to him, instead of kissing him on the cheek.

“It’s all about d**kheads talking about stuff they know nothing about — that’s what it’s about.”

A Sunrise social media manager simply wrote, “Yikes that got heated,” after the segment concluded.
