Dog takes on Sunrise Cash Cow on live TV

THE Sunrise Cash Cow met her match this morning, getting hassled by a pesky dog while trying to enjoy her morning coffee.

MONDAY mornings can be rough, but spare a thought for the Sunrise Cash Cow, who probably had a worse start to the week than the rest of us.

The brekky show’s mascot was midway through her morning coffee when she was attacked by a pesky dog during a home visit.

The excitable pooch named Angus continued to nibble on the Cash Cow as she desperately tried to scramble out of his reach, leaving Sunrise weather reporter Edwina Bartholomew and the dog’s owners in hysterics.

Eventually the Cash Cow gave up, scurrying out the front door while Angus chased after her.

“It’s going to be a fun morning,” Eddie laughed.

We doubt whether the poor sod wearing the animal suit felt the same way.

The Cash Cow simply wasn’t in the mood this morning.
